Questions Others Have Asked Before Saying Yes, And Enrolling In Profitable Project Plan

Can I share Profitable Project Plan With Friends or Colleagues?

You may not share any part of Profitable Project Plan. Purchasing Profitable Project Plan gives you a single license to use the system for one business and/or one brand. If you plan on using Profitable Project Plan for multiple businesses or multiple separate brands, you will need to purchase it for each brand — contact me for special pricing.

How can I use the content provided in Profitable Project Plan?

Profitable Project Plan course materials may be only used in your work with private, paying 1:1 clients and only for internal client management, education, training, and communication purposes. No content from Profitable Project Plan may be published publicly in any way or provided to your audience (or any audience) for free. It may not be used as an email opt-in, for part of a list building offer, as a resource in a group program, or as content for your blog. It may not be repackaged, resold, or shared.

Will I be able to customize the materials provided for my brand?

Yes! All of the email content will be provided in plain text format and the educational guides will be provided in plain text, Adobe InDesign, and basic MS Word formats. During the video training, we will walk through each part of the Profitable Project Plan and provide recommendations and notes for the areas you’ll want to customize. This means you can customize the design and presentation of all materials to provide your clients a seamless experience.

Will I learn how to implement this system?

The live video training will walk you through the entire system, step-by-step. You’ll learn the reasoning behind each step, it’s purpose, and how it helps you and your client. You’ll receive all of the content, emails, call frameworks, and client guides done-for-you, but customizing the materials and implementing them in your business will be up to you. Live QA sessions will be available to you every week to answer your questions and provide support as you are implementing the system.

Will I get to work with Jennifer one-on-one?

No. Profitable Project Plan is a group course and implementation program. You will have many opportunities to ask questions and receive direct feedback and support from Jennifer during the live QA and in the private Facebook group, but this is done in a group setting so others can learn from your questions and you can learn from theirs.

What kind of time commitment is required?

You should be prepared to spend 4-8 hours a week learning and implementing Profitable Project Plan. The nine live video training sessions are 60 minutes long followed by live QA that continues until all questions are answered. On average this is a 1.5-2 hour time block. Each training sessions covers one module of the Profitable Project Plan curriculum, giving you the rest of the week to implement what you learned.

Three implementation weeks with bonus live QA sessions are built into the Profitable Project Plan schedule to give you extra time to get caught up on training sessions you may have missed and to give you extra time to implement what has been covered up to that point.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes! You may choose to pay in full or take advantage of a payment plan.

Will this system help me make more sales?

That’s up to you. In my experience most sales are lost because the seller is uncomfortable and struggles to communicate their value. But, when you implement a battle tested, proven system that supports both you and your clients throughout your time together, you gain confidence that shines through in your sales conversations. Plus, clients like knowing that you’re not flying by the seat of your pants — it affirms that hiring you is a good decision.

Has this system really been tested?

Yes! Prior to its use with hundreds of my own clients from 2011-2017, every single email and guide has been tested on a focus group of business owners with varying levels of technical savvy. This group included a business coach, nutritionist, copywriter, CPA, and virtual assistant, as well as an author, speaker, blogger, and marketing strategist.

What if I can’t make it to the live video training?

All video training sessions will be recorded. The replays of each video training session will be available within 24 hours of the live session to you so you can watch them when it fits best in your schedule. You’ll also receive MP3 recordings of the training sessions in case listening to the replays is easier for you.

Is there a limit on the number of questions I can ask?

Nope. The QA sessions are meant to help you move past any roadblocks encountered when implementing and customizing the Profitable Project Plan. Each QA session lasts as long as needed to answer all student questions relevant to this course.

Will I learn design skills or discover new development tools?

Not really. This course covers the administrative side of client services — client management and project management. While we will not be covering specific design and development skills or tools, some of the training will dive into the design process and basic tips so you can learn how to better your process with clients.

How long will I have access to this course?

Profitable Project Plan is a twelve week course with six months of access to the materials. Throughout the entire six months, you’ll be able to watch the recordings of the training sessions and access/download all of the course materials, including MP3 audio recordings of all training sessions and QA sessions. After six months, the course will end as will your access.

You will however, receive lifetime enrollment for Profitable Project Plan. This means that you can retake the course at no additional cost each time it is offered and stay in the Facebook Group to continue to network, ask questions, and share your wins.

Why on-time returns are important

We take pride in meeting and exceeding the expectations of all of our customers by providing an exceptional experience that begins with an on-time delivery. When a dress or accessory is not returned to us on time by a customer, or is lost or stolen, it impacts our ability to deliver on our promises to other customers and it harms our business . Because our products are unique and not replaceable, we cannot purchase additional products to fulfill orders due to late returns. We rely on our customers to return our products on time so that we can ensure other customers will have their dress for their event . Please review our Late Fee Policy below which explains how to return your rental products and outlines the late fees charged for late returns.

How do I return my order?

The date to send back your rental items is stated in your online invoice. In order to avoid a late fee:

1. Place the clothes in the bottom of the case’s main compartment (the hangers are yours to keep). Put accessories in their original packaging and place them in the accessory pockets. We handle the dry cleaning. 2. Tear the UPS return slip off this card and insert it face-up into the outside pocket. Missing your return slip? Email and we can send you a new one to print off. 3. Tuck the handles inside the case. Fold it back to its original shape and zip closed. Thread the lock through the zippers. NOTE: The lock can only be used once, so don’t fasten it until you’re ready to ship your items. 4. Visit a UPS drop box and place the entire case inside. No box required.

Recently, an independent study was conducted to determine which travel technology provider finds the lowest fares and the most attractive itinerary options.

Who won the low fare challenge?

As reported in an independent study conducted by Fried Partners :

The travel world is complex with 137 million fares, updated hourly, 563 million fare rules, 41.5 million active availability records, and 7.6 million schedules. Sabre invests millions of dollars each year to take the complexity out of shopping and gives you the flexibility to shop for travel the way you and your travellers prefer.

What value does Sabre deliver?

Fares found by Sabre globally are cheaper than Amadeus and cheaper than Travelport.

What about attractive itinerary options?

Low fares are important, but so are attractive itinerary options. Travellers’ preferences vary – some want to fly early in the morning, while others prefer a mid-afternoon flight. Travellers also have their preferred airlines. Travellers are also willing to pay extra for better service (e.g. non-stop versus connecting itinerary, interline vs. single-airline itinerary, etc.) or for the option that best meets their needs

The global study looked at 24 countries with 100 of the most frequently travelled and popular origins and destinations per country. In addition, advance purchase/length of stay combinations were shopped. That’s over 19,000 possibilities! The top 100 destinations were selected based on 2012 MIDT* data. And the advance purchase/length of stay combinations represent typical corporate and leisure traveller profiles.
